     When I first went vegan I had no idea what foods to buy, what I could eat, or even what I should be eating to stay healthy. So to make things easy for you I've whipped up this list of ingredients that you can't go wrong having in your kitchen, vegan or not! It varies from seasonings to dried foods to fresh produce. I give you my entire rundown of what I keep stocked in my kitchen at all times. These ingredients will also help you make any of the recipes on this website.
